Reservation Policy Kensington Town House
For Bookings of 5 rooms or more, a percentage of the booking will be taken on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
7 days before the date of arrival, the remaining percentage will be taken and is also non-refundable.
For bookings of 5 rooms or more made more than 1 month in advance of arrival, the hotel require 28 working days notice for cancellation.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
Groups: When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: 17.5 % VAT is included.
